Tricky Trigger Points - Under construction

In this section, I'd like to look at some of the more interesting trigger points one can run into in the body, and discuss their treatment.

Diaphragm

The diaphragm is a large thin muscle that sits at the bottom of your lungs. In its resting position it looks like a Yamaka, attached, at edges, to the spine, the 12th rib, and the sternum. You use your diaphragm when you breathe. When you contract the muscle, you inhale. When you relax the muscle you exhale.
